Our team of engineers and machinists utilizes state-of-the-art software including SolidWorks® (Solid Modeling), Mastercam® (CAM Programming) and PolyWorks® (CMM Inspection).

Specialties

We specialize in CNC milling and turning. Our machine shop in Kansas City includes Okuma and Hardinge CNC mills and Okuma CNC lathes with large diameter turning capabilities.

Engineering Services

Our team is experienced in the areas of reverse engineering, first article inspection (FAI) and 3D measurement, including probing and 3D laser scanning.

Based in Kansas City, our team brings real-world precision machining experience and time-tested engineering know-how to the table.

Our machines can accommodate large and small parts, short and long runs and tight tolerance parts manufactured in high volume.

We can provide the following services in-house: welding, gear hobbing, gear shaping, surface grinding and blanchard grinding.

We fully coordinate and manage any required outside processes, such as plating, surface finishing, heat treating and painting.

We carefully track machine capacity and monitor the progress of parts through all processes, ensuring fast and reliable turnaround times.

We work with aluminum, brass, stainless steel and other metals and alloys as well as foam, plastics and hardened materials.
